CSI Rewards FAQs
Is there a membership fee?
No. Columbus Scuba Rewards is completely free to join and has no annual fees. You start saving from your first purchase or rental.
How do I save 20% on equipment rentals?
Once you’re enrolled in CSI Rewards, your 20% rental discount applies automatically at checkout. Just inform our staff when picking up rental equipment.
How does the 5% cash back work?
You earn 5% back in CSI Cash Rewards on qualifying purchases. Rewards accumulate in your account and can be redeemed on future purchases. Check your balance anytime in-store or by calling us.
What purchases qualify for 5% cash back?
Most equipment purchases and dive courses qualify for 5% CSI Cash Rewards. Some items and services are excluded such as travel, DPVs, or rebreathers. Read the full terms and conditions for details on what qualifies.
Can I use my rewards immediately?
The 20% equipment rental discount, discounted service rates, and 5% instant savings apply immediately upon enrollment. CSI Cash Rewards earned from purchases can be redeemed once they’ve posted to your account, typically within 24-48 hours.
How do I check my CSI Cash balance?
Visit us in-store at 4680 Indianola Ave or call (614) 459-2110 during business hours to check your CSI Cash Rewards balance. At this time our system does not support customers checking their balance online.
Does my membership expire?
No. Columbus Scuba Rewards memberships do not expire as long as you remain active. We consider accounts active if you’ve made a purchase or rental within the past 24 months.
Can I combine rewards with other discounts?
CSI Rewards member pricing is our best everyday pricing and cannot typically be combined with sale prices or promotional discounts. If you’re eligible for multiple discounts, we’ll apply whichever saves you more.
